Additional Studio Info PHONE NUMBER: (347)-885-4242 • LOCATION - Upon arrival, please take the elevator to the 2nd floor — I am located in Suite 211 inside JBeauty Studios. • PAYMENT - Preferred forms of payment are cash or Zelle. A 2.5% processing fee will be applied to all card and Apple Pay transactions. • Brow services (please read) - Please avoid using retinol, tretinoin, AHA/BHA products, or any chemical exfoliants for at least 1 week before your appointment, as these products can increase skin sensitivity and may cause lifting during waxing services. • Any invasive facials or chemical peels should be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to your brow appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Lateness Policy Please communicate with me if you are running late. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes without communication, your appointment will be canceled and your card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No-shows (no call/no text) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred one time only toward a future appointment.
